There is more than just ghouls and goblins to fear this Halloween season; there are also car crashes, fires and other misfortunes of which to be wary.Chesterfield County first responders are urging families to trick-or-treat safely and provided the following tips that residents can use to keep themselves and their families safe on Halloween.FOLLOW THE LIGHTSCaptain Daniel Scott of the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office advises parents to be with their children as much as possible during trick-or-treating and stay in well-lit areas.“Only go to residences where the lights are on.” Scott said.

 

Bank robbery suspects in custody
