Jeffrey is a kind, talkative boy with a good sense of humor. Jeffrey awaits a loving home in a family with the patience, time, and skills necessary to help him become increasingly independent, with the understanding that he will need support and care for the remainder of his life. Jeffrey likes to challenge himself to strengthen his mind and body and is able to do this with the support of patient, creative caregivers. Jeffrey likes to play video games and is a great dancer. He also enjoys trying new foods and takes advantage of any opportunity to expand his already diverse palate. Jeffery is legally free for adoption.
