The following arrests were recently made by the Cheraw Police Department:

• Kendal Lamar Wade, 21, of 207 Hampton Road, Lancaster, S.C., was arrested for simple possession of marijuana, ABC violation and minor in possession of alcohol.

• Steven Lockhart, 39, of 508 W. Evans St., Pageland, S.C., was arrested for trespassing.

• Billie King, 56, of 472 Kingspoint, Roswell, Ga., was arrested for public drunk.

• Donald Scott Douglas, 42, of 867 McMillan Road, Cheraw, was arrested for DUI and open container.

• Elizabeth Renee Hutson, 41, of 93 Westway Drive, Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Michael Roy Morrissey, 58, of 81 Westway Drive, Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Joseph Matthew Jackson, 39, of 77 Brock St., Cheraw, was arrested for trespassing.

• Jonathan Bridges Ellerbe, 19, of 118 Essex Drive, Bennettsville, was arrested for petit larceny.

• Anita Sweat Campbell, 48, of 704 S. Wilson Drive, Cheraw, was arrested for DUI, ABC violation and possession of a controlled substance.

Arrest reports published in the Cheraw Chronicle are copied from local law enforcement records. Reports include both arrest and criminal summons such as citations. The Chronicle lists them all as arrests. People charged are presumed innocent until determined to be guilty by a court of law.
