The following arrests were recently made by the Cheraw Police Department:
• James Russell Leak, 45, of 2233 Sanders Lane, Cheraw, was arrested for driving under suspension and simple possession of marijuana.
• Jonathan Jenkins, 19, of 1130 Steen Road, Chesterfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
• Brandon Eugene Tweed, 22, of 376 Quail Run Lane, Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
• Rick Bridges, 50, of 1542 Soon Circle, Cheraw, was arrested for trespassing.
• Tyrone Duncan, 29, of 1611 Old Ridge Road, Chesterfield, was arrested for driving under suspension and simple possession of marijuana.
• Eileen Dolores Davis, 58, of 3735 Leroy Lane Lot 1, Wallace, was arrested for public drunk.
Arrest reports published in the Cheraw Chronicle are copied from local law enforcement records. Reports include both arrest and criminal summons such as citations. The Chronicle lists them all as arrests. People charged are presumed innocent until determined to be guilty by a court of law.
