The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office recently made the following arrests:

• Joshua Damien Riley, 32, of 2371 Highway 265, was arrested for assault and battery third.

• Jimmy Antonio Pegues, 20, of 700 Pine St., Cheraw, was arrested for possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Rogery Allen Bridges, 44, 102 Hickory Lane, Chesterfield, was arrested for drug/narcotic violations-distribution of marijuana and alcohol law violations.

• Halima Cumming, 29, of 1215 Chasewood Drive, Charlotte, was arrested for no South Carolina driver’s license and possession of cocaine.

• Sarah Michelle Dean, 24, of 2903 North Davidson St., Charlotte, was arrested for driving under suspension.

• Bradley Thomas Mitchell, 34, of 350 Rodefer St., Abingdonj, Va., was arrested for simple possession of marijuana, no South Carolina drivers license and ABC violation.

• Amanda Nicole Nelson, 32, of 101 Courtney Lane, Bristol, Va., was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Catherine Lorraine Enos, 20, of 1410 Anthem Court, Charlotte, was arrested for possession of cocaine, no South Carolina driver’s license and simple possession of marijuana.

• Tonya Martin, 35, of 1879 Poplar Road, Ruby, was arrested for third degree burglary.

• Rontae Devore Hayes, 33, of 128 Longbow Road, Reidsville, N.C., was arrested for felon in possession of a firearm and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

• Jimmy Dean Chapman, 41, of 416 Mt. Ridge Road, Lancaster, was arrested for stalking and driving under suspension third.

• Johnny Haggins Jr., 25, of 117 Murray Lane, McBee, was arrested for simple assault and battery.

• Jamal Ancel Gainey, 24, of 3067 Highway 52 S., Cheraw, was arrested for assault and battery third.

• Danny Ray Sellers, 51, of 398 Buggy Lane, Chesterfield, was arrested for assault and battery 2nd.

• Kimberly Dawn Meade, 33, of 4791 Angelus Road, Ruby, was arrested for simple assault.

• Jerry Leon Hayes, 35, of 2820 Summergrove Court, Matthews, was arrested for no drivers license and speeding 84/55 zone.

• Deana Joyce Price, 37, of 102 Sligh Road, Bennettsville, was arrested for violation of bath salt.

• Titorell Townsend, 37, of 90 South First St., McBee, was arrested for driving under suspension and speeding 70/55 zone.

• Brandon Lamar Cash, 23, of 14 Oakwood Drive, Marshville, was arrested for possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Michael Lee Warwick, 31, of 167 Elvis Presley Blvd., Chesterfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Glenn Duane Thigpen, 58, of Highway 145, Chesterfield, was arrested for public drunk.

• Donald Gene Gainey, 56, of 6078 Society Hill Road, Cheraw, was arrested for buggery.

• Kenneth Ray Taylor, 56, of 37 Burch Road, Mt. Croghan, was arrested for possession of controlled substance schedule four, and family offenses, nonviolent.

Arrest reports published in the Cheraw Chronicle are copied from local law enforcement records. Reports include both arrests and criminal summons such as citations. The Chronicle lists them all as arrests. People charged are presumed innocent until determined to be guilty by a court of law.
