n Larry Eugene Alford, 22, of 710 W. Green St., Cheraw, pleaded to a lesser charge of first-offense distribution of cocaine receiving two years in state prison suspended to two years of probation. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Alford for selling cocaine April 9, 2009, to an informant.
n Melissa Allen, 31, of 404 Mills Road, Pageland, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of first-offense possession of crack cocaine receiving two years in state prison suspended to 30 days in the county jail and a year of probation. Allen has the option of serving time on weekends. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office initially charged Allen with distribution of crack cocaine for selling a crack rock July 26 to an informant.
n Robert Lee Bittle, 24, of 258 Bittle Road, Ruby, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and possession with intent to distribute marijuana receiving 90 days in the county with option to serve 45 days on weekends. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Bittle Sept. 22 for having marijuana and cocaine on him during a license check on Market Street in Cheraw.
n Gary Blair, 27, of 226 Ousleydale Road, Patrick, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of first-offense possession of a controlled substance receiving 90 days in the county jail to be served on house arrest. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office initially charged Blair with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance for selling prescription pills to an informant Jan. 11, 2010.
n Cannie Paul Blalock, 59, of 126 Sanders Road, Pageland, pleaded guilty to three counts of distribution of a controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance receiving four years in state prison suspended to two years and two and a half years of probation. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Blalock Sept. 3 for selling prescription pills to informants in August and September.
n Matthew Lee Blakenship, 36, of 356 Mill House Lane, Pageland, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of possession of marijuana receiving 90 days in the county jail or a $225 fine. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office initially charged Blakenship with manufacturing marijuana Oct. 2 when law enforcement found four pot plants while investigating a domestic dispute.
n B37, of 104 S. Branch St., Monroe, N.C., pleaded guilty as indicted to first-offense failure to stop for a blue light receiving 90 days in the county jail with two days credit for time spent in Chesterfield County Detention Center. Brewer has the option of serving weekends. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Brewer during a Feb. 12 traffic stop on Belton Road near U.S. Highway 52 in the Cheraw area.
n Andrew Tyrell Burnette, 19, of 132 Duck Pond Road, Cheraw, pleaded guilty as indicted to strong arm robbery receiving five years suspended to time served of two months spent in Chesterfield County Detention Center with a year of probation. He must also pay $50 in restitution to a China King employee. Cheraw police charged Burnette Jan. 29 for swiping a tip jar from the restaurant owner and striking her.
n Darius Raytez Clark, 19, of 410 N. Oak St., Pageland, pleaded guilty ,as indicted to petit larceny, grand larceny, breaking into a motor vehicle, third-degree burglary attempted breaking and entering and possession of a stolen weapon receiving five years under the Youthful Offender Act consecutive with five years of probation. Pageland police charged Clark for breaking into a Chevy Tahoe stealing a 9mm Aug. 2 and stealing a lawnmower from a Godfrey Street resident July 26. On Jan. 18, he broke into a Pageland home stealing a laptop, .22 rife and 12-gauge shotgun.
n Terry Chambers Sr., of 984 Coon Creek Road, Pageland, pleaded guilty as indicted to resisting arrest receiving 90 days in the county jail with an option to serve weekends. Probation agents taking Chambers into custody June 18, 2009, wound up chasing Chambers evading capture.
n Otis Ray Clyburn, 44, of 45 Tiny Grove Church Lane, Pageland, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of first-offense possession of crack cocaine receiving three years in state prison suspended to 18 months of probation. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office initially charged Clyburn March 26 with distribution of crack cocaine for selling to an informant March 26, 2010.
n Travis Coleman, 30, of 724 Hwy 1, McBee, pleaded guilty to three counts of distribution of crack cocaine receiving six and a half years in state prison. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Coleman Dec. 7, 2009, for selling crack to informants in November 2009.
n Ronnie Phillip Cranford, 32, of 2356 Bullard Ford Road, Hartsville, pleaded guilty as indicted to first-offense possession of cocaine receiving 90 days in the county jail or pay a $100 fine plus $402 in court costs. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Cranford during a New Year Eve’s checkpoint.
n Ronnie Douglas, 52, of 34 Brasington St., Cheraw, pleaded guilty as indicted to malicious injury to personal property receiving 90 days in the county jail with no credit for time spent in Chesterfield County Detention Center. Cheraw police charged Douglas for causing approximately $4,000 worth of damage to a 1992 Chevrolet refrigerated truck stealing copper from its cooling unit.
n Sara Freeman, 37, of 2639 Cat Pond Road, Patrick, waived presentment of her case to a grand jury pleading guilty to malicious injury to personal property receiving a sentence of time served. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Freeman Oct. 25, 2009, for set fire to a man’s Chevrolet pick-up truck at Wilkins Road.
n Beneco Antwon Ganson, 26, of 2511 Charlotte Hwy., Lancaster, pleaded guilty to lesser charge of strong arm robbery receiving three and a half years in state prison with credit for time spent in Chesterfield County Detention Center since Dec. 21. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office initially charged Ganson Dec. 21 with armed robbery to using a weapon robbing a man.
n Regan Gilbert, 34, of 1386 Dizzy Gillespie Drive, Cheraw, pleaded guilty to a lesser charged of first-offense possession with intent to distribute marijuana receiving 30 days in the county jail with credit for 13 spent in Chesterfield County Detention Center. Cheraw police charged Gilbert Jan. 23, 2009, for having weed on him on Agerton Street.
n Robert L. Gillespie Jr., 26, of 35 Clemmons St., Cheraw, pleaded guilty as indicted to second-offense driving under suspension receiving 60 days in the county jail or a $425 fine. S.C. Highway Patrol charged Gillespie during a Feb. 20, 2009, traffic stop on S.C. Highway 9 in Cheraw.
n Carl Edward Gleich, 45, of 78 Campbell St., Patrick, pleaded guilty as indicted to distribution of a controlled substance receiving two years suspended to 90 days in the county jail and two years of probation. He must also pay $88 in restitution to Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office for money an informant used to purchase lorcetpills Oct. 26.
n Delores Gomez, 41, of 1019 Kirkley Road, Jefferson, pleaded guilty as indicted to first-offense distribution of a controlled substance receiving 90 days in the county jail or a $50 fine plus $345 in court costs. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office initially charged Gomez with distribution of a controlled substance March 30, 2010, for selling a lorcet to an informant.
n Darren M. Harrington, 30, of 98 Powe Lane, Morven, N.C., pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of first offense possession of cocaine receiving 90 days in the county jail with credit for one day spent in Chesterfield County Detention Center. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office initially charged Harrington with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine during an Aug. 4, 2009, traffic stop outside of Cheraw.
n Franco Jerome Harris, 37, of 430 McDonald Drive, Cheraw, pleaded guilty as indicted to possession of crack and to a lesser offense of possession of marijuana receiving 18 months in state prison suspended to 18 months of probation. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office initially charged Harris Nov. 8 with possession with intent to distribute marijuana for having more than a quarter pound of wee at his home and selling crack to an informant that day.
n Javier Hernandez, 21, of 1888 Dewit Lowery Road, Pageland, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of receiving stolen goods was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail or a $175 plus court costs. Hernandez is banned from White Plains Country Club for three years. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office initially charged Hernandez with possession of stolen goods April 29 for having a rack machine and trailer from White Plains.

n Horace Hooks Jr., 42, of 107 Becker Road, Cheraw, pleaded guilty as indicted to resisting arrest receiving 60 days suspended upon payment of $100 in restitution to a Chesterfield County deputy. As Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office took Hooks into custody Jan. 26 on a family court bench warrant, he fled from deputies.
n David Lamar Hughes, 34, of 102 Harris Road, Cheraw, pleaded guilty as indicted to first-offense spiking urine to defeat a drug test receiving six months in state prison with cred for time spent in Chesterfield County Detention Center since June 2, 2010.
n Matthew Eric Key, 26, of 2123 New Market Road, Hartsville, pleaded guilty as indicted to second-degree burglary receiving eight years in state prison suspended to three years of probation. He was ordered to pay $200 in restitution to the victim. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Key for breaking into a Morrison Road home with a crowbar Oct. 4.
n Raheem Lockhart, 18, of 303 Elizabeth St., Jefferson, pleaded guilty as indicted to second-degree burglary receiving five years in state prison suspended to two years of probation. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Lockhart for stealing an air conditioning unit Nov. 14 from a Miller Street home.
n Kelvin O’Brian Jordan, 23, of 619 Elizabeth St., Jefferson, pleaded guilty as indicted to third-degree burglary receiving five years in state prison suspended to two and a half years probation. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Jordan for a June 13 break-in in his ex-girlfriend’s Moffat Road apartment by prying open the bedroom window and grabbing her arm in a confrontation.
n Zachary O’Neil Robinson, 18, of 734 Arthur Evans Lane, Pageland, pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree burglary, two counts of grand larceny and one count of petit larceny. He received ten years in state prison suspended to three years of probation and six years under the Youthful Offender Act. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Robinson for breaking into homes in the Pageland and Jefferson area from 2009 to 2011 stealing valuables and firearms.
n Kenneth D. Marshall, 26, of 415 McCrae St., Morven, N.C., pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of first-offense possession of cocaine receiving two years in state prison suspended to two years of probation. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office initially charged Marshall with distribution of crack selling a rock Oct. 21 to an informant.
n Shawn D.G. Marshall, 21, of 25 John Motley Drive, Cheraw, pleaded guilty as indicted to distribution of marijuana receiving two years in state prison suspended to five days spent in Chesterfield County Detention Center. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Marshall for selling to an informant Sept. 24.
n Derrick Odell Martin, 21, of 2757 Gilmore Road, Pageland, pleaded guilty as indicted to grand larceny receiving three years in state prison. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Martin for stealing a Ford Escort Wagon and two laptop computers from a woman’s home.
n Melton Rondell McManus, 26, of 89 Taco Lane, Pageland, pleaded guilty as indicted to criminal domestic violence receiving a year in state prison with credit for 51 days spent in Chesterfield County Detention Center. Pageland police charged McManus Feb. 6 for punching a woman in the mouth after following the female into the Pageland Police Dept.
n Mark Anthony Miller, 42, of 191 Honeysuckle Lane, Pageland, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of first-offense driving under suspension receiving 30 days in the county jail or a $300 fine plus $575 in court costs. S.C. Highway Patrol charged Miller with second-offense driving under suspension during an Oct. 15 traffic stop on Cato Street in Pageland.
Juan Raymond Morales, 20, of 202-B S. Maple St., Pageland, pleaded guilty as indicted to aggravated criminal domestic violence receiving time served of time spent in Chesterfield County Detention Center since August 2009. Pageland police charged Morales for striking is girlfriend with a fly swatter and punching her in the head June 15, 2009.
Patrick Motes, 20, of 33429 Hwy 9, Pageland, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of third-degree burglary receiving a sentence of time served. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office initially charged Motes with second-degree burglary for prying open the door of a Pageland area home.
Dwight Myers, 44, of 28 Harry Powe Lane, Cheraw, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of second-offense driving under suspension receiving 60 days in jail or a $425 fine plus court costs. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Myers Jan. 21 with four-offense DUS during a traffic stop outside of Chesterfield.
Charles Ervin Oliver, 45, of 1340 Angelus Road, Chesterfield, pleaded guilty as indicted to possession of crack cocaine receiving 10 days in the county jail with credit for a day spent in Chesterfield County Detention Center. Chesterfield police charged Oliver during a July 10 traffic stop where they found two crack rocks inside his car.
Phillip Desmond Patterson, 24, of 1637 Jones Road, Kershaw, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of receiving stolen goods and was sentenced to five years in state prison to two and a half years of probation. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office initially charged Patterson with grand larceny stemming from a May 19 theft where several guns and swords were stolen from a Jefferson home.
Alvin Phillips, 53, of 321 Old Sutton St., Pageland, pleaded guilty as indicted to possession of cocaine receiving a sentence of time served. Pageland police charged Phillips during an Aug. 3 traffic stop when officers found a white rock testing positive for cocaine.
Rashard Powe, 30, of 456 Goodman Circle, Cheraw, waived presentment of his case to a grand jury pleaded guilty to criminal domestic violence receiving six months in state prison suspended 30 days in the county jail and a year of probation. Powe was ordered to complete anger management counseling and barred from contacting the victim. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Powe Feb. 16 for striking his girlfriend.
Sarah Lynn Reeves, 32, of 19002 Kailua Circle, Tega Cay, pleaded guilty as indicted to possession with intent to distribute marijuana receiving two months in the county jail or a $100 fine plus $917 in court costs.Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Reeves during a June 5 traffic stop on S.C. Highway 151 near McBee.
Richard Keith Robinson, 41, of 103 Jefferson Drive, Cheraw, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of first-offense driving under the influence receiving 30 days in the county jail or a $425 fine. S.C. Highway Patrol charged Robinson Dec. 6 with second-offense DUI after a collision on S.C. Highway 168 one mile outside of Cheraw.
Cheston Scott Sakalauskas, 22, of 27 Harper St., Cheraw, waived presentment of his case to a grand jury pleading guilty to child neglect receiving 90 days in the county jail with no credit for time spent in Chesterfield County Detention Center. Cheraw police charged Sakalauskas Oct. 25 for striking a 4-year-old boy in the face and back leaving bruises and marks on his girlfriend’s son.
Jason Blake Steele, 31, of 10202 Hwy 742 S., Morven, N.C., pleaded guilty as indicted to possession with intent to distribution of methamphetamines receiving five years in state prison suspended to two years of probation. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Steele Feb. 9 during a traffic stop on S.C. Highway 742. Deputies seized a gram of meth from his Isuzu Rodeo.
Jorge Luis Torres, 18, of 213 N. Hickory St., Pageland, pleaded guilty as indicted to failure to stop for law enforcement receiving 90 days in the county jail or a $425 fine. Pageland police charged Torres during a Jan. 9 traffic stop.
Perry Turnage, 73, of 13469 Ousledale Road, Patrick, pleaded guilty as indicted to first-offense distribution of a controlled substance receiving 90 days in the county jail or a $200 fine plus $515 in court costs. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Turnage for selling Valium Jan. 13 to an informant.
