Ingredients:
2 tablespoon cooking oil
2 lbs. short ribs
1/2 cup water
1 (10 oz) can onion soup
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms
1 cup beef bullion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tablespoon Tabasco Sauce
Directions:
1. Place cooking oil in large soup pot (cast iron if available) over medium heat.
2. Add ribs and brown on both sides.
3. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer 2 1/2 hours or until ribs are falling off the bone tender.
