The Greater Cheraw Chamber of Commerce will celebrate its 64th anniversary on November 19 at the annual banquet and meeting, Cheraw Community Center. The reception begins at 6 p.m. and dinner will follow at 7 p.m. The special guest master of ceremonies will be Mr. David Stanton. Stanton grew up in Cheraw and graduated from Cheraw High School. He is a graduate of Clemson University and the South Carolina School of Law and also was a TV news anchor in Columbia for more than 20 years.

He now has his own company, Stanton Media Strategies, which is located in Columbia that works with businesses and organizations.

The Greater Cheraw Chamber of Commerce is here to serve the businesses and industries of the Cheraw area.
