Registration is open for the 22nd annual South Carolina Writers’ Workshop at this website: www.myscww.org/conference. This year’s conference will be held Oct. 19-21, at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
The faculty will consist of more than 20 nationally-renowned agents, editors, authors, as well as social media experts, independent publisher, and industry-related presenters who will present workshops, panels, slush-pile sessions, and clinics.
Appointments with faculty members for manuscript critiques will be conducted on Friday, Oct. 19, and are available to those who register by Sept. 1. In addition, appointments may be purchased for pitch and query-letter critiques at the registration site. These appointments are scheduled with faculty members on Saturday.
Patti Callahan Henry, New York Times best-selling author, will be the keynote speaker on Saturday night. Faculty-hosted dinner tables are a highlight of each evening. See a complete faculty list and their credentials at www.myscww.org .
