
Benton K. Burke has sold out his business, but he will be filling in on a part time basis for other area pharmacists. He recently received an award from the South Carolina Pharmaceutical Association commending him for 50 years of service in the profession of pharmacy. Cheraw Mayor Howard E. Duvall said, "Dr. Burke's place has been a Cheraw landmark for many years and a popular gathering place for morning and afternoon coffee drinkers.
