Robert “Bob” Anthony Lide, 52, died Friday, Sept. 21, 2012.
A funeral service was held Sunday, Sept. 23, at Westside Baptist Church, Cheraw. Burial followed in the Old St. David’s Cemetery.
The family received friends Saturday, Sept. 22, at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw.
Born in Cheraw, he was a son of Frances Coker Lide of Cheraw, and the late Francis Wright Lide. Lide was an employee of Stanley/Black and Decker.
Surviving are his sons, Daniel Lide, Jeremy Logan Rhyne, daughters, Cortnei Lide McLeod, Mallorie Christin Lide, his mother listed above, a brother, Frank Lide all of Cheraw, also five grandchildren.
