For his Eagle Scout project, Arthur assisted in the restoration of a section of Charles Town Landing investing approximately 25 hours in his project.
His younger brother, Andrew, is also a member of Boy Scouts.
Arthur is the son of Susan and Arthur “Bun” Bernard Stubbs III of Mount Pleasant. His father received his Eagle in 1973 with local Troop 655.
He is the paternal grandson of Mrs. Arthur Bernard Stubbs, Jr. of Cheraw and the late Mr. Stubbs. He is the maternal grandson of Ms. Barbara Folk Hammond of Johnsonville and the late Edward Bryan Hammond.
