Graveside services were at 5 p.m. March 21, at Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Mackall was born Jan. 14, 1920. He served in WWII and was recalled to service for the Korean Conflict. Mr. Mackall served in 2 Governors’ Cabinets as Florida State Director of Veteran Affairs, and retired from state government. Mack also retired from VA-Bay Pines and from the U.S. Air Force, where he was a Senior Master Sergeant.
Surviving is his wife of 48 years, Julia Davis Mackall of the home and other relatives and friends.

Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
