Each year the people of Chesterfield County join hands and hearts in the battle against cancer by hosting the annual Relay for Life in association with the American Cancer Society. People who work together form teams to cook, grill or serve food. Church groups and others do the same.
Friends and family, old and young, enjoy the fellowship of a kindred cause, proving that our battles are not fought alone. All proceeds from the event, hosted at Chesterfield High School, will benefit cancer patients and research efforts.
