A homecoming celebration was held Jan. 6 at Rock Hill A.M.E. Zion Church Pageland with burial following in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Callie Mae Moore Kelly was born Sept. 8, 1934, a daughter of the late Oscar and Nellie Lockhart. She was educated in the Chesterfield County public school system. She was a faithful member of Rock Hill AME Zion Church in Pageland.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Kelly.
Surviving are five daughters, Gwenda A. Landers of Mt. Croghan, Sherbby A. Gilliam (Terry), Jefferson, Jeanie A. Craig (Odell), Lancaster, Tammy A. Rudisell (Lannie), Charleston, SC and Melissa R. King, (Wilma Jr.) of the home; three brothers, Gene Moore (Lizzie), Pageland, SC, Jimmie L. Moore (Maretta), Kershaw, SC and Louis S. Moore (Wanda), Marshville, NC; three sisters, Theresa Williams, Jefferson, SC, Ella Mae McManus (Elbert), Pageland, SC and Rev. Dreamer A. Chambers, Jefferson, SC; two aunts, Tressie L. Moore, Pageland, SC and Georgia Buchanan, New York; an uncle, Matthew Lockhart, Pageland, SC; fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Flemming Funeral Home-Pageland was in charge.
