Hazel ‘JR’ is looking for an adoptive family.
He needs a loving family that is patient, structured, and understanding of his love and connection with his current foster family. Adoptive family will need to encourage and push him to do what is right and responsible. He continues to work on his overall behavior in the home, school and community and is learning to take more pride in his appearance and personal hygiene.
