Marlo Cameron, 26, of 35 Delphine Drive, Cheraw, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of second-offense possession of marijuana receiving 90 days in the county jail. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office initially charged Cameron with distribution of marijuana when he sold weed to an informant Aug. 18, 2009.
Antonio Hernandez, 47, of 7445 Hwy 1, Patrick, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of first-offense driving under the influence receiving a sentence of time served. S.C. Highway Patrol initially charged Hernandez with second-offense driving under the influence during a Jan. 22 traffic stop on S.C. Highway 29 seven miles south of Chesterfield.
Adrian Moore, 34, of 417 Second St., Cheraw, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of possession of marijuana receiving 18 months in state prison suspended to 30 days in the county jail with the option to serve weekends and 18 months of probation. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office initially charged Moore with distribution of marijuana for selling weed to informants Aug. 18, 2009.
Alisa Pruitt, 44, of 266 Ezell Circle, Chesnee, pleaded guilty as indicted to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamines receiving 30 days in the county jail with three days credit for time spent in Chesterfield County Detention Center. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Pruitt during a Sept. 28 traffic stop when deputies found a bag of pink powder on her.
Nathan Walker, 29, of 273 Chapman Road, Forest City, N.C., pleaded guilty as indicted to possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance receiving 30 days in the county jail with four days credit for time spent in Chesterfield County Detention Center. County deputies charged Walker during a Sept. 28 traffic stop when deputies seized a variety of prescription pills including hydrocodone, Adderall, Ritalin and Xanax.
Samantha P. Weatherford, 20, of 614 McLain St., Patrick, pleaded guilty as indicted to resisting arrest receiving a sentence of time served. Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office charged Weatherford Dec. 12, 2009, when taking her into custody on assault and battery charges she snatched away from deputies.
