The Cheraw Chronicle and Chesterfield Advertiser will be honoring all Chesterfield County veterans by publishing profiles of the men and women who served in the U.S. armed forces.

This special tribute edition will feature both active and non-active veterans from each of the branches of military.

There is no cost to submit a profile.

We ask that you include a photograph along with the name, rank, branch and years of service. If the service member has appeared in past tributes, call to make sure the photograph and information are still on file.

Email information and photographs to cherawnews@thecherawchronicle.com or you can visit our page on facebook and post your photo and information for us to print, the page can be found at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Cheraw-Chronicle-Chesterfield-Advertiser/. Veterans and their family members can also bring the information by the newspaper office at 114 Front Street in Cheraw.

Submissions will be accepted until Wednesday, Nov. 2, at 3 p.m.

The special edition will be published in the newspaper on Nov. 10.
