A funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 29 from Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church, Cheraw, with the Revs. Charles Larrimore and Jerry Turner officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Born in Chesterfield, Mrs. Robeson was a daughter of the late Zacharia Taylor Grant of Marlboro County and Katherine Henritta Griffin Grant of Cheraw. She was employed in property management.
Surviving are two sons, Thomas Reese Robeson of Tampa, Fla., and William Doyle Grant Robeson of Oxnard, Calif.; a sister, Margaret Cagle of Cheraw; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Waterman Robeson, and a sister, Selena Catherine Sims.
Arrangements were entrusted to Marks Funeral Home.
