A funeral service was held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27 from Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in Oakland Baptist Church Cemetery.
Born in Chesterfield County, Mrs. Fincher was a daughter of the late Samuel and Doshia Robinson Nicholson. She was a retired textile employee and member of Chesterfield Baptist Church. She was married to the late Louie V. "Scoot" Fincher.
Surviving are two sons, Billy R. Fincher of Chesterfield, and Ronnie Fincher of Darlington; two daughters, Betty F. Oliver of Mt. Croghan, and Sheila F. Wright of Chesterfield; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were entrusted to Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.
