A graveside funeral service was held at 3 p.m. Thursday, March 11 in Sunset Memorial Park.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Marlboro County, P.O. Box 474, Bennettsville, S.C.; or the Alzheimer's Foundation, P.O. Box 7044, Columbia, S.C. 29202.
Born in Chesterfield County, Mrs. Lee was a daughter of the late William Squire and Sara Odom Watson, and was the widow of Edgar Terrell Lee. She was educated in the Chesterfield County schools and was a member of First Church of the Nazarene.
Surviving are two daughters, Alta L. Brown and Lura L. Pate of Bennettsville; a stepdaughter, Fannie Belle McLellan of Florence; a sister, Nell Finch of Cheraw; two grandchildren; and 13 step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Edgar Terrell Lee Jr.; two stepsons, Millard C. Lee and Ray S. Lee; and a stepdaughter, Effie L. Brigman.
Arrangements were entrusted to Whitner-Evans Funeral Home.
