A funeral service was held at 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13, 2004 at First Baptist Church. A burial service followed at Gillespie Cemetery.
Born in Chesterfield County, Mrs. Cue was a daughter of George Cue. She was a 1977 graduate of Cheraw High School, where she met Jackie Cue. They were married and blessed with three children. She was employed at Cheraw Healthcare for over 20 years, where she worked as a C.N.A. Supervisor. She was a member of Robinson A.M.E. Zion Church, and a member of the Wings Over Zion Choir.
Surviving are her husband, Jackie Cue of Wallace; her children, Tangela Cue of Rock Hill, Mario Cue and Jacqueline Cue of the home; a special son, Carlos Cue of Cheraw; two grandchildren, Earlie Ariana and Tyrese Keishon Cue of Florence and Jessie and Elsie Williams of Wallace; two sisters, Margaret A. Grooms of Cheraw and Ethel W. (Nick) Moore of Columbia; four brothers; father and mother-in-law, George (Margrite) Cue of Cheraw; three brother-in-laws; five sister-in-laws; 12 aunts; three uncles; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by a brother, Albert Williams, a sister, Gail Patricia Williams, and a brother-in-law, Gary Cue.
Arrangements were entrusted to Grooms Funeral Home.
