A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29 from Mahaffey Funeral Home. Burial followed in Lancaster Memorial Park.
Born in Ruby, Mr. Morris was a son of William Adam and Lucy Gulledge Morris, and was the widower of Mildred Louise Steele Morris.
Surviving are a son, Michael A. Morris; two sisters, Irene Copeland and Virginia Baker; three grandchildren, Lisa Morris, Matt Morris and Allison Morris; great-grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
