A funeral service was held at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 12 from Grooms Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Elder Frank Leak Jr. officiating. Burial followed in Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Born in Marlboro County, Mr. Felton was a son of the late Felton and Betsy Kollack Jackson. He attended the public schools of Cheraw and retired from Cheraw Packing Plant. Mr. Felton attended the Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are two sisters, Jacqueline Jackson of Cheraw, and Barbara Clary of Maryland; two very special nieces, Stephanie Gail Jackson of Cheraw, and Katherine Franks of Brooklyn, N.Y.; two aunts, Hattie Blunt and Lucille Ingram of Washington, D.C.; a caregiver, Sarah Leak of Cheraw; and a number of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Jackson.
Arrangements were entrusted to Grooms Funeral Home.
