A funeral service was held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, April 16 from Cheraw Church of God. Burial followed in Emmanuel Holiness Church Cemetery.

Born in Bennettsville, Mrs. Outlaw was a daughter of Doris Mae Driggers Clark and the late Murray D. Clark. She was a loving church member and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Surviving are her husband, James Steven Outlaw Sr. of Wallace; two sons, James Outlaw Jr. of Ft. Hood, Texas (currently serving in Iraq), and Murray Robin Outlaw of Ft. Sill, Okla.; her mother of Wallace; a brother, Ronnie Clark of Wallace; two sisters, Barbara Walls of Cheraw, and Gail Oliver of Bennettsville; and five grandchildren, Adam, Aston, Jessica, Brittney and Breanna.
Arrangements were entrusted to Kiser Funeral Home.
