RUBY - Jean Carol Donahue Gulledge, 62, died Friday, June 23, 2006, at home.

A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 25, from Clanton Plains Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Born in Ruby, Mrs. Gulledge was a daughter of the late Carson and Beulah Oliver Donahue. She was a retired textile employee and was a member of Clanton Plains Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband, Rodney Lewis of the home; a son, Ricky (April) Gulledge of Charlotte, N.C.; three grandchildren, Stephanie (Jamie) Adams, Michael (Shannon) Gulledge and Hannah Gulledge; a great-grandchild, Savannah Adams; a brother, Jerry Donahue of Ruby; and three sisters, Margie Bradshaw of Chesterfield, Mazie Adams of Mt. Croghan and Jan Andrews of Darlington.

Arrangements were entrusted to Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.
