CHERAW - Jason Christopher Clark, 19, died Thursday, June 6, 2006.

A funeral service was held at 1 p.m. Monday, June 10 from First Presbyterian Church. Burial followed in Chatham Hill Memorial Gardens.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.

Born in Bennettsville, Mr. Clark was a son of Jerry Howard and Peggy Brigman Clark. He graduated from James F. Byrnes High School in Duncan and attended Spartanburg Technical College. However, Mr. Clark lived most of his life in Cheraw and attended Cheraw-area schools. He loved to swim and have fun with his family and friends.

Surviving are his parents of Duncan; a sister, Jennifer Paige Clark of Duncan; his maternal grandmother, Thelma Black Brigman of Cheraw; and his paternal grandmother, Thelma Branch Clark of Bennettsville.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, J.T. Brigman and William C. Clark.

Arrangements were entrusted to Norton Funeral Home.
