Green River Country Club hosted two tournaments in the July month: the annual Fourth of July Scramble and the Adult/Junior Tournament on July 9.

The Fourth of July Scramble included 16 teams. The tournament was a captain's choice with each team member receiving one mulligan. Here are the results for the Fourth of July Scramble:

2nd- 29 - Gilbert King, Gerald Turner, Mike Tarleton and Lane Lowery

T-3rd - 30 - Bobby Lewis, Larry Adams, Lewis Adams and Larry Adams Jr.

The July 9th Adult/Junior tournament was a success with 18 two-man teams competing. Here are the gross and net scores from the tournament:
