The funeral was at 3 p.m. Jan. 30, at Bay Springs Baptist Church. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Mr. Roscoe was a son of the late Edd and Bessie Campbell Roscoe. He was a retired employee of Chesterfield Webbing. Mr. Roscoe was a member of Bay Springs Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon for over 35 years. Frank was an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed coon hunting, fishing, and gardening.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, I.B. Roscoe and James Roscoe and two sisters, Cora Lee Gainey and Mary Lee Adams.
Suriving are: his wife, Sybil Johnson Roscoe, of the home; and several nieces and nephews
Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
