Funeral services were at 3 p.m. Feb. 1, at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was held in Teal Cemetery, Chesterfield.
Visitation was 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home, Chesterfield.
Mr. Roscoe was born in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late John Gurley and Geneva Rivers Roscoe. He was a retired employee of Stanley Tools and a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church.
Robert was preceded in death by a half brother, Ralph Roscoe.
Surviving are three brothers, Billy (Frances) Roscoe of Columbia, Reece (Bernicia) Roscoe of Cheraw and J.L. Roscoe of Chesterfield; four sisters, Della Mae Hartwick and Pat Gainey of Cheraw, Aronica (Bennie) Teal of Chesterfield and Mavis (Adolf) Beyersdorf of Columbia; two half brothers, Johnny Ray Roscoe of Patrick and Ervin Roscoe of Wallace and other relatives and friends.

Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
