Many events were held around the county last week in honor of Veteran’s Day. On Thursday, a musical program titled “A Tribute To Veterans,” left, was held at the Theatre On The Green in Downtown Cheraw. On Saturday, Army Special Forces Capt. Ivan Castro served as guest speaker at a Veteran’s Day Ceremony, above, in Cheraw. A Blue Star Highway Marker was unveiled and was followed by the laying of wreaths at the town’s memorial markers. On Tuesday, a Veteran’s Day parade, below, and ceremony was held in Chesterfield. Additional photos from all three events can be found at
