*1 can (15 oz.) Veg-All Original Mixed Vegetables, drained
*1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked & drained
*1 jar (16 oz.) chunky style salsa
*1/2 can (4 oz.) diced jalapeno peppers
*1 package (6.6 oz.) 10 taco shells
*2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350º F.
In medium mixing bowl, combine Veg-All, salsa,
peppers, and ground beef; mix well.
Divide mixture among taco shells.
Divide cheese and sprinkle over meat mixture in taco shells, place in baking dish.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and tacos are hot.
Serve with chopped tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream.
