A memorial service will be held at noon Jan. 24 at Bethany Lutheran Church in Forestville, MD. Burial will be held in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
Tera was a devoted mother of Demitric and Joe Martinez and Jasmyne Robertson.
Surviving is her husband, Dion Robertson; her mother, Paulette Pratt of North Carolina; her father, James Smith of South Carolina; five brothers, James Smith, Billy Smith of Georgia, Teddy Smith of Virginia, Jermaine Smith of North Carolina and De’Aron Smith of South Carolina; and other relatives and friends.
Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
