The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office recently made the following arrests:
• Alejandro Cruz Cruz, 26, of Mustang Lane, Lot 9, Pageland, was arrested for larceny.
• Marshall Davon Clark, 21, was arrested for drug/narcotic violations-distribution of marijuana.
• Marcus Dale Whitley, 26, of 60 Mill House Lane, was arrested for drug/narcotic violations-distribution of marijuana.
• George Raymond Keller, 55, of 2200 Highway 268, Mt. Croghan, was arrested for drug/narcotic violations-distribution of stimulants.
• Beverly Robinson Blunt, 45, of 1060 Airport Road, Pageland, was arrested for petit larceny and forgery.
• Richard Coleman Nicholson, 59, of 5252 Raley’s Mill Road, Bethune, was arrested for open container.
• Bennie Earvain Smith, 22 of 312 Hickory Lane, Chesterfield, was arrested for drug/narcotic violations-distributing marijuana.
• Franklin K. Sowell, 45, of 1303 Dizzy Gillespie, Cheraw, was arrested for drug/narcotic violations-distribution of crack cocaine.
• Lucas C. Gooden, 33, of 23469 Highway 151, McBee, was arrested for criminal domestic violence.
• James Christopher Gregory, 38, of 231 JC Barefoot Road, Patrick, was arrested for criminal domestic violence.
• Joseph Keith Ray, 34, of 1614 Wilson St., Camden, was arrested for criminal domestic violence.
• Jeremy Michael Haney, 35, of 4100 Charlotte, Kansas City, Mo., was arrested for speeding 74/55 and driving under suspension.
Arrest reports published in the Cheraw Chronicle are copied from local law enforcement records. Reports include both arrests and criminal summons such as citations. The Chronicle lists them all as arrests. People charged are presumed innocent until determined to be guilty by a court of law.
