WHAT: The Chesterfield District Chapter, SCGS will have its June meeting. Hugh Albert Jackson, direct descendant of Col. Stephen Jackson, will speak on the Signers of the Ordinance of Secession and some of the personal facts concerning their lives. The research library is open Friday and Saturday of each week. There will be someone there to help with your research. The library and meetings are open to everyone, and you are cordially invited to join the meetings and to use the research library.

SCHOLARSHIP BENEFIT DANCE

WHERE: Cheraw Community Center, Cheraw
WHAT: The Xi Iota Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.will host their Zeta Luau, an annual scholarship benefit dance. Activities will include door prizes, a Greek step show, and a vendor will be present with Greek and Masonic paraphernalia. The price of this year event is $18. Tickets may be purchased from any member of the chapter. All proceeds go towards the Soror Geri Ford Memorial Scholarship fund.

CIVIL WAR REENACTMENT
