The following persons were recently arrested on these charges by the Cheraw Police Department:
• April Shawnta Johnson, 26, of 117 A N. Everett St., Bennettsville; shoplifting.
• Larry Graham, 51, of 520 McPhail Dr., Society Hill; driving under the influence.
• Arthur Antonio Davis, 46, of 127 Spartanburg Ln., Columbia, S.C.; shoplifting, simple possession of marijuana and giving false information.
• Lloyd Epps, 49, of 4121 Kollock Rd., Wallace; shoplifting and two bench warrants.
Arrest reports published in the Cheraw Chronicle are copied from local law enforcement records. Reports include both arrests and criminal summons such as citations. The Chronicle lists them all as arrests. People charged are presumed innocent until determined to be guilty by a court of law.
