The following people were arrested on these charges by the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Department:

• Steven Bruce Medlin, 21, of 116 Millhouse Lane, Pageland was arrested for simple assault. He was later arrested

for giving false information.

• Dana Fredrick Reid, 40, of 6831 Fernwood Drive, Charlotte, N.C., was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Richard T. Jacobs, 22, of 4187 Delta Heights Road, Cheraw, was arrested for distribution of crack cocaine.

• Donald Gene Gainey, 56, of 6078 Society Hill Road, Society Hill, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Donald Timothy Hartis, 49, of 1525 R.W. Jordan, Jefferson, was arrested for assault and battery in the third degree.

• Quentin Lamar Monroe, 27, of 734 Arthur Evans Lane, Pageland, was arrested for driving under the influence.

• Charles Edward Coker, 39, of 96 Chatham Drive, Cheraw, was arrested for assault and battery in the third degree and malicious injury to personal property.

• Amy Shaw, 39, of 199 Isgett Circle, Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Amber Shaw, 21, of 199 Isgett Circle, Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Kimberly Marie Starks, 49, of 2930 Mulberry, Charlotte, N.C., was arrested for simple possession of marijuana, speeding and drug equipment violations.

• Robert Johnson, 51, of 3166 Old Ridge Road, Chesterfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Matthew Allen McIntyre, 36, of Carey Shaw Road, Chesterfield, was arrested for assault and battery in the third degree.

• Donald Lee Edwards, 43, of 22308 Highway 9, Mt. Croghan, was arrested for misuse of 911.

• Harland Donnell Melton, 40, of 1015 Popular Knob Lane, Mt. Crogan, was arrested for manufacturing marijuana.

• Christopher Rashon Baylor, 29, of 108 Janice Circle, Cheraw, was arrested for criminal domestic violence.

• James M. Rivers, 22, of 33 Hillian/Edwards Road, Chesterfield, was arrested for malicious injury to personal property.

• Gary Funderburk, 31, of 2382 Highway 207, Pageland, was arrested for assault and battery in the third degree.

• David Nelson Terry, 48, of 5467 Highway 151, Jefferson, was arrested for misuse of 911.
