The Cheraw Alive! Summer Series and the Cheraw State Park will present an outdoor movie on Thursday, July 19, at the Cheraw State Park.
The featured movie, “Despicable Me,” will begin at dusk. Bring a chair or blanket and enjoy this free event.
On Wednesday, July 25, the series will hold another event, Chill out at the Theatre on the Green, showing the film “Kung Fu Panda 2.”
This family movie begins at 6:30 p.m. with $2.50 admission per person. Advance tickets can be purchased at the Cheraw Community Center. Admission at the door will be available the night of the movie.
Participants will receive a Kung Fu Panda Warrior Headband.
The Cheraw Alive! Summer Series is presented by the Town of Cheraw, the Cheraw Recreation and Leisure Services Department, the Cheraw Arts Commission and the Cheraw State Park.
