A huge tree fell across Kershaw Street Thursday morning, taking down power lines and blocking traffic from early morning through early afternoon. There were no injuries.
A huge tree, just outside of the sidewalk, fell across Kershaw Street in Cheraw on Thursday morning around 9 a.m., causing local power outages and blocking traffic.
The tree fell across the road between Christian and Marion Streets. Officials and utility workers were on the scene quickly, clearing the debris. Fortunately, no one was injured.
