Beverly Faye “Dolly” Mott, 71, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, at her home.
Funeral services were held Monday, Oct. 15, at Cross Roads Baptist Church, Ruby.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation was held Sunday, Oct. 14, at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home, 318 E. Main Street Chesterfield.
Mott was born April 7, 1941, in Lowell, Ind., a daughter of the late Earl Mattocks and Helen Iliff Metteal. Beverly resided for many years in Reseda, Calif. For many years Mott was a volunteer, and helped prepare floats for the Rose Bowl Parade in Pasadena, Calif. In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald and Anthony Mattocks.
Survivors include one daughter, Beverly (Mark) Potts, of Vincetown, N.J., two sons, Jerome (Sharon) Greening of Staunton, Va., and Heath Woods of Evans, Ga., four sisters, Marilyn Glidewell of Great Falls, Joyce (Larry) Helmeland of San Diego, Calif., Carolyn Mace of Chesterfield, and Barbara (Ted) Barger of Ruby, two brothers, Marvin Reynolds of Santa Maria, Calif., and Steve Mattocks of Bad Axe, Mich., stepfather, Jerome Metteal of Ruby, five grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home of Chesterfield, is serving the family.
