1 large tomato, chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tsp. finely chopped jalapeño peppers
4 whole eggs
2 egg whites
6 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed
3/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1. Combine first 3 ingredients.
2. Whisk whole eggs and egg whites until blended; pour into large nonstick skillet. Cook on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until soft set, stirring occasionally.
3. Spoon eggs onto tortillas; top with cheese, tomato mixture and cilantro.
4.Fold in half. Eat. Enjoy.
