The following people were recently arrested on these charges by the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office:

• Johnny Junior Bittle, 42, of 1754 Old Ridge Road, Chesterfield, was arrested for selling pills.

• Kadarius Lowery, 18, of 1008 Curtis St., Monroe, N.C., was arrested for no S.C. drivers license.

• Heather Marie Driggers, 21, of 14935 Highway 102, Chesterfield, was arrested for simple assault.

• James Lee Johnson, 56, of 2836 Highway 52 S., Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct/public drunk.

• Michael Eugene Travis Sr., 57, of 16463 Highway 102, Patrick, was arrested for driving under the influence, driving under suspension, and open container.

• Olivia Grace Weaver, 21, of 199 Forest Hill, Cheraw, was arrested for pedestrian drunk.

• David Bartley Melton, 46, of 6284 Hornesboro Road, Pageland, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Dashawn Christopher Smith, 18, of 524 Marshall St., Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Olivia Grace Weaver, 21, of 3 Malloy St., Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

• Maurice Lenard Nicholson, 62, of 1251 Guess Road, Pageland, was arrested for breach of peace.

Arrest reports published in the Cheraw Chronicle are copied from local law enforcement records. Reports include both arrest and criminal summons such as citations. The Chronicle lists them all as arrests. People charged are presumed innocent until determined to be guilty by a court of law.
