The following arrests were recently made by the Cheraw Police Department:

• Kimberly Ann Gatewood, 39, of 1986 Sandy Ridge Church Road, Morven, N.C., was arrested for trespassing.

• James Christopher Gatewood, 46, of 1986 Sandy Ridge Church Road, Morven, N.C., was arrested for trespassing.

• Ronnie Wayne Polson, 36, of 348 Huger St., Cheraw, was arrested for driving under suspension.

• Marion Duwaine Brown, 35, of 123 J. L. Branch Road, Bennettsville, was arrested for driving under suspension.

• Tyshawn Marsh, 19, of 54 Lowe St., Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Paul Ellerbe Sellers, 29, of 2 Chapman St., Cheraw, was arrested for trespassing.

• Jameka Buchanan, 20, of 300 Cool Breeze, Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct and no South Carolina driver’s license.

• Irene Foster, 37, of 77 Inglish Road, Cheraw, was arrested for simple possession of marijuana.

• Jeremy Keith Killian, 26, of 245 Laney Road, Cheraw, was arrested for forgery less than $10,000.

• Thomas John Henry, 24, of 2781 Rosser Lane, Charlotte, N.C., was arrested for trespassing.

• Susan Ann Windham, 25, of 346 Bill Brown Lane, Ruby, S.C., was arrested for driving under suspension.

• Brandon Joyner, 23, of 3104 Hunts Mill Road, Cheraw, was arrested for shoplifting.

Arrest reports published in the Cheraw Chronicle are copied from local law enforcement records. Reports include both arrest and criminal summons such as citations. The Chronicle lists them all as arrests. People charged are presumed innocent until determined to be guilty by a court of law.
