The following arrests were recently made by the Cheraw Police Department:

• Alicia Louise James, 35, of 800 Oakwood St., Apt. 22C, Bennettsville, was arrested for breech of trust.

• Lloyd William Epps, 50, of 4121 Kollock Road, Wallace, was arrested for public intoxication.

• Donna Kay Faulkenberry, 42, of 106 Dogwood Circle, Cheraw, was arrested for driving under the influence.

• Richard Maurice Thomas III, 30, of 9648 Highway 1, Patrick, was arrested for public drunk.

• Charles Maurice Sinclair, 22, of 178 Smith Lane, Cheraw, was arrested for driving under suspension second offense, driving under the influence, and resisting arrest.

• Bernie Johnson, 43, of 453 Goodman Circle, Cheraw, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrest reports published in the Cheraw Chronicle are copied from local law enforcement records. Reports include both arrest and criminal summons such as citations. The Chronicle lists them all as arrests. People charged are presumed innocent until determined to be guilty by a court of law.
