Dance Instructor Sarah Henderson takes Palmetto Learning Center Students through their routine. Henderson is a Coker College graduate, professional dance teacher and member of the Wanda Project founded by Coker Dance Director Wanda Ebright. Directed by Gale Elmore, the Youth Arts project has been at PLC since 2007. The Fourth Circuit Solicitor’s Office sponsors the program, which is funded in part by the South Carolina Arts Commission.
