1 whole chicken
2 cups Flour
Boil chicken until done and season with salt and pepper. Let cool. Debone chicken after cooking
Save the chicken broth to cook the dumplings in. Return chicken meat to pot and bring to a boil.
Mix flour with water (just enough to make a good dough). Once mixed, take a third of the flour mixture and roll out until it is thin, then cut into strips. Add strips to chicken and broth. Repeat with remaining dough. After all strips are added to pot, cook until dough strips are tender (about 20 to 30 minutes). Season to taste and enjoy.
