Mr. and Mrs. Allen Usher of Vandenberg AFB, Ca., announce the birth of their son, Connor James, born Jan. 28, 2010 weighing seven pounds, 12 ounces, and was 20.5 inches long.
Mrs. Usher is the former Tabatha Deese of Wallace.
Grandparents are Sonny Usher of Cheraw, Trish Brown of Hamlet, N.C., Timmy Deese of Maxton, N.C., Alice Ramirez of Cheraw, and Julia Davis of Wallace. Great-grandmother is Bonnie Davis of Wallace.
