CHESTERFIELD – Nearly 100 people attended the grand opening of the new “Village at Chesterfield” housing development, adjacent to the Chesterfield YMCA.
Michael & Associates United Country Real Estate, 165 Market St. in Cheraw, is the exclusive real estate agency who is marketing the property developed by Scott Vickery, Sammie Copeland and builder Cindy Hahn.
“We have been working with the developers for about two years now. We feel it is a big asset to Chesterfield County Everyone involved has worked really hard to see this accomplishment become a reality,” said Tonya Michael, owner of Michael & Associates. “Currently, there are 44 available lots that homebuyers can purchase to build the home of their dreams.”
The first home that was built and opened for showcase during the grand opening was “The Charleston,” which consisted of three bedrooms, two baths and is affordably priced.
According to the builder, Cyn-Mar Construction Company, all of the new homes are and will be Energy Star Certified. The current floor plans homebuyers can choose from are The Columbia, The Santee, The Charleston and The Savannah.
The Energy Star Certified homes begin in the mid $130’s and will feature hard surface counter tops, kitchen appliances, low maintenance, vinyl siding, low-E windows, 25-year roof shingles, stain resistant carpeting, a fireplace and other other amenities.
