Minimester courses are 10-week college credit courses offered by Northeastern Technical College. On campus classes meet one night a week for approximately 4 hours and online classes are held at your convenience. Minimester on campus courses are offered at each of the college’s campuses in Pageland, Cheraw, Bennettsville and Dillon.
Classes offered in Pageland meet one night a week and include Fundamentals of Math (MAT 150), Microcomputer Spreadsheets (CPT 174) and Small Business Management (MGT 120). Classes offered in Dillon meet one night a week and include Accounting Principles (ACC 101), Introduction to Computers (CPT 101) and Fundamentals of Math (MAT 150). Classes offered in Bennettsville meet one night a week and include Accounting Principles (ACC 101), Payroll Accounting (ACC 150), Introduction to Computers (CPT 101) and General Psychology (PSY 201). Several more classes will be offered one night a week on the main campus in Cheraw.
Available online courses include Managerial Accounting, Microcomputer Database, Introduction to Criminal Justice, Correctional Administration, English Composition, American Government and General Psychology.

Financial Aid is available, but applications are required and must be submitted in advance.
New students can submit applications for admission online through September 21 by visiting the Admissions page of the college’s website (www.netc.edu) and clicking on “Apply Online Now.”
Paper based applications are available and will be accepted at any of the college campuses in Pageland, Cheraw, Bennettsville or Dillon through September 21. For more information call 1-800-921-7399 and choose “1” for admissions.

Current students interested in adding another class should see their advisor. There are no additional tuition charges to add a fall Minimester class for students who are enrolled full time.
