Daphne Danielle Watson and Marion Dean Watson, both of Cheraw, were married Aug. 28, 2010, at 3 p.m. at Charity Community Church of Christ in Cheraw. Pastor Darin Coleman performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Elouise Griffith and Arnold Griffith of Plainfield, N.J. She is a 1998 graduate of Cheraw High School and is employed by Quality Business Solutions, Chesterfield Convalescent Center in Cheraw as a Certified Food Service director.

The groom is the son of Mahalia Watson and Elbert Watson of Cheraw. He is a 1998 graduate of Chesterfield High School and is employed by Allvac in Monroe, N.C., as a Certified EMT.

The maid of honor was Ceresa Merriman and the matron of honor was Takeisha Leak. Bridesmaids were Kaydra McCoy, Nerrisa Swaby, Danielle Adams, Genesis Davis, Erica Davis, Candice Harris, Lametrice Lauderdale and Michelle Smith.

The best men were Charles Myers and Brandon Watson. Groomsmen were Dannie Chapman, Sedric Watson, Braden Belk, Bruce Watson III, Travis Myers, Michael Marsh, Robert Haywood and Bo Hillian.

The couple honeymooned in Charleston and will reside in Chesterfield.
